Fairly clean and the staff was really helpful. I booked carpeted family room here with very nice view, opening windows, as example. It was nice to have an electric kettle, a refrigerator, and glassware available. Though some of the staff were very unprofessional, I had an excellent stay. The hotel has excellent location so close to the big markets and also lot of delicious restaurants, the old centre, the bazaar and the bus station and the shops and places to eat...
The location was bad, it's a pitty.

Great building and location, right next to main tourist spots and the Uludag funicular. Close to city attractions. Enjoyed a lovely breakfast with a nice view and a variety of dairy options.

perfect service, they provide a free parking and free wi-fi. the room is carpeted and exceptionally comfortable, and the staff is kind. the hotel offers fine meal in the morning with a beautiful view and non meat, as for instance.

Make sure you stay in the queen room with lovely 360 views and opening windows. the breakfast is fine with vegetarian options and an amazing view, with lots to choose from. the location is very central, very close to the Great Mosque and the Bursa shopping district.

The hotel has a perfect and magnificent location, just a walk to everywhere, including a bazaar and an old market right across the street. the triple room had a very comfy bed and was equipped with a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and climate control. the view from the hotel was outstanding, with a beautiful city view and a sight of Uludag mountain.

The staff are cooperative and caring, the hotel has an absolutely perfect location near the big bazaar, mosque, and restaurants, as well as being close to major bus/dolmus stations and the old center. They offer Wheelchair Accessible rooms with opening windows and lovely 360 views. the food options are appetizing.
